2024 Evaluation Information

Event: 2024 Evaluations for all 13U - 15U ACYBA registered players

Location: Hamline Fieldhouse -- Evaluations will be conducted by members of the Hamline baseball program and will be located at the Hamline Fieldhouse (same location as last year - 1561 Hewitt Ave, St Paul, MN 55104).

Parking: Lot B (see map below)

Dates & Times - Please arrive 20 minutes ahead of your schedule evaluation time slot to allow time for check in and uniform sizing.

Sunday February 25th

10:00 - 12:00pm - 13U players - all players

12:30 - 2:30p - 14U and 15U combined - all players

Sunday February 25th 

2:45 - 4:00p - Make up option #1 - all ages - canceled due to lack of need

Tuesday February 27th 

7:15 - Make up option #2 - all ages

TBD - we may host an outdoor evaluation for 15U players only in late April if needed.

All participants will be required to attend evaluations. Only registered players will be allowed to evaluate. Teams and level of play will be announced following evaluations and will be dependent upon the number of registered players and volunteer coaches. 

If you are not able to attend the time slot for your age group and last name, please email to indicate which make up evaluation you will be attending. If you are not able to attend any of the scheduled sessions, please let us know that too. 

What to bring - baseball glove, bat, batting helmet, tennis shoes, water bottle 

What to expect - players will be escorted down to the evaluation field where they will move through several skill focus stations in a small group. Only players and evaluators will be allowed in the evaluation area. Parents are welcome to remain in the field house lobby or return at the end of the evaluation time slot to pick up their child. ACYBA board members will be available all day to answer questions.
